Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms situated throughout the spacious 1,400+ft² of open living space.  The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two Twin extra-long beds, and the third bedroom has two more Twin extra-long beds.  And, you'll find a nice aero-bed with dedicated linens/pillows/blankets is made available for additional sleeping.  The second full bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms. Natural light streams in through the many windows and huge ceiling heights, making the beauty of North Idaho easily experienced from all rooms in the house.  Relax in total comfort during your stay on hot summer days, thanks to the central air conditioning. And, take advantage of the gorgeous gas fireplace and private garage during the snowy winter!  Guests have exclusive access to common areas which include the large grassy lawn for playing, as well as the private sandy beach for lounging and swimming!  The covered patio has outdoor seating and a natural gas BBQ - which is great for grilling anytime of the year. Guests are welcome to use the (3) beach cruiser bikes in the garage.

Marina Town in Dover Bay is an idyllic waterfront community that sits on the bank of Pend Oreille River, located just 3.5 miles west of downtown Sandpoint. With over 9 miles of walking and bike trails, marina, restaurant and market, it is ideal as a vacation destination or an extended stay!  Within easy walking distance is DISH at Dover Bay restaurant. If you're bringing or renting a boat, mooring slips are available to rent in the Dover Bay Marina. Balto Dog Park offers a beach and swimming area, along with a small playground and restrooms.  Note:  Lake Club Fitness is privately owned and is unfortunately not open to vacation rental guests at this home.
