I chose this place because of the luxurious decor, beautiful view, great building amenities and close proximity to town (and decent proximity to Schweitzer Mountain for skiing). It did not disappoint! The views were stunning. The home was well appointed and the kitchen well stocked. It felt like a luxurious break even though we were only there a handful of nights. We loved the rooftop hot tub and used it every night. I enjoyed the pilates reformer on the 4th floor. Overall, we were two families and stayed comfortably in the unit for several days even with ski gear. I would definitely return to this unit if were back in the area.

This place was great for our family of 4we enjoyed escaping to go ski at Schweitzer and explore Sandpoint and have a cozy little place to relax.

Beautiful property with high end furnishings. Easy walk into town. Property was clean, and property manager was quick to answer any questions we had. Amenities such as gym and pool were appreciated. Would like to come back and stay in the summer.

It was exceptional experience. The only "downer" experience was finding out there were no closets in the upstairs bedrooms. But, everything else was great from the bed linens to the clean bathrooms, to the kitchen having all necessary utensils. Overall terrific experience! Thank you, Brad

We stayed at this lovely home over the holidays - it was perfect. The home is top end and furnished with beautiful furniture and amenities. The hot tub was an added bonus! The property management was on top of every detail and very easy to work with. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

This VRBO was really great - the location is close to downtown and easy walking to restaurants, shops and even the path/hike alongside the lake. It was about a 30 minute drive to the mountain for skiing - took a little longer on the day it snowed. It is close to the train tracks, but in my opinion, the noise isn't bad. The place is spotless and the heated floors in the kitchen and primary bath (as well as the soaker tub in primary bath) were wonderful! I have asthma, so try to stay away from rentals that have wall-to-wall carpet. This VRBO was super clean and and area rugs are short pile, which is nice. Beds/linens are very comfortable. We tried a new restaurant in the area - Savory, which is about a 7 minute walk at max. It was excellent. Order at the counter but best burger/fish tacos!

This was the perfect place for our stay. Very clean, extremely well furnished, spacious and stocked with every possible tool in the kitchen you would ever need. Lots of coffee options including a grinder! There was even laundry and dishwasher pods if you needed and every bathroom had plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner and soap. It was warm and welcoming when we arrived and the check in process was seamless. Perfect location walking distance to town and right on the lake. Only one negative we experienced was is it has an extremely small water heater and needs time to warm up even after one shower. Thanks for a great stay!

We love going to Idaho and this place was perfect for our family. Walkable distance to downtown, City Beach and restaurants. Daugherty Management was great, the place was clean, had games for the kids. We played Uno and Go Fish almost every night! We felt just like home! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this AMAZING home! The location and views are unbeatable. Just 20 mins from the slopes and right on the lake, we had views of bald eagles fishing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need and the beds were stunningly comfortable. The movie/playroom was awesome for our 5 kiddos and the space was so well laid out for an extended family stay! Check in was super easy! We would love to come back!

Great place to stay for a true ski-in-ski-out vacation.

This is just what we wanted! Everything was well organized. It was a nice place. The process was easy. The hot tub was great. Even though it was during the holidays, we still had someone we could get ahold of if there was an emergency.

Great place - very responsive host.

The property was awesome! Very comfortable, clean and exactly as described.

Great location for our family. Really loved the 2 dining table setup as it allowed for all of our extended family to eat and gather together. We also loved that the TV was away from the main family room. The snow was not great during our visit so we did not get to use the ski in/out trails from the cabin, but could tell that with appropriate snow levels the ski in/out would work great. Lots of room to store skis and wet gear. Having the heated garage was great as well, making it really easy to load and unload. The hot tub was not functioning during our visit, which was disappointing, but the management team let us know this before hand and did provide for an appropriate discount. The game room was a large decision factor for us in booking this location and it was fun, but we were for sure disappointed in the maintenance of all 3 game tables. They were useable, but the lack of maintenance for sure affected play. All that being said we would for sure rent here again.

We are a family of 5 plus two labs. We stayed for 5 nights and wished it could have been longer. Great house that felt really private. Beautiful view and location. Hot tub and fireplace were amazing. Perfect location for skiing at Schweitzer. Wouldnt change a thingwe will be back!

The house was beautiful, clean, and we loved how it was decorated! It was perfect for our family of 4, and could have slept more! We liked how the bedrooms were all on the same level, and the top floor living space was clean and cozy. We had a wonderful trip!

The place was a 5 star condo overlooking the lake. It had all the amenities of home. A really wonderful place.

Perfect mini getaway. Great views and kitchen was extremely organized and well furnished.
