We couldn't have been happier with this property. It fit our needs well. With 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and three young children, everyone felt comfortable and cared for. There were even toys with which to play. Both the kitchen and the bathrooms were well-stocked. The use of the washing machine & dryer came in handy for small children. We were so pleased with this choice. Much thought went in to anticipating what guests would need. Thank you.

Great location, nice little beach bungalow. Well equipped for a short stay. Awesome amenities. Perfect place for folks with a pooch. Lots of dog friendly walking paths.

Both the property and Daugherty Management were absolutely stellar. Super clean accommodations and responsive host. Our family loved the lake access and easy drive to Sandpoint. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again.

We have friends that live in Sandpoint so this is a good location to get any where in a few minutes. I really like to cook. The kitchen is very well equipped and the small BBQ on the deck is also great. It's very comfortable for a couple of adults. We spent our days exploring the lake and Mt Schweitzer.

We recently sold our summer cabin on Lake Pend Oreille and have decided this is the next perfect spot to stay for our visits with friends & family! The condo has beautiful panoramic lake views and excellent proximity to town. Inside it is modern, cheery & clean. Dougherty Management is top notch - providing ease in booking, parking & providing explanations of what to expect; They also welcomed us with fresh coffee & stocked toiletries! Will certainly be back!

We arrived without a hitch to a beautiful, roomy, comfortable, home. The location was perfect and close to all our activities. The home was very clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. We would love to recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with a great view. Thanks

This was hands-down the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Quiet building, beautiful marina side view, walkable neighbourhood. The unit itself was clean, well supplied with linens and lots of kitchen-wear for anything you would need. While Sandpoint may not be the vacation spot we would choose again, this rental has set the benchmark by which all future rentals will be judged. Thank you for hosting us.

This was truly an exceptional place! Everything was new and the finishes and appliances were high quality. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, with the guest one, being just as beautiful as the main bedroom. The bunk beds were huge, and it was the perfect room for the kids to hang out in. We loved the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. There were so many spots to get cozy, it was hard to chose where to relax! The location was just what we had hoped too, close to Dover and the town.

This house was amazing! great amenities, stunning view, quiet, and cozy! We had such a relaxing weekend. Couldn't be better!!!

A beautiful, spacious home in a rural setting with a lovely view of the lake and the surrounding countryside. Would be great for a large family or group of friends. I would definitely go back!

Fantastic place! We have friends that live in the community full time and so fun to be able to walk to their place and have our own space to come back to! Had everything we could've wanted in the house and the location is spectacular! Dover Bay is a must return!

The views/location of this townhouse, in walking distance to Schweitzer, were exceptionally beautiful. The interior was decorated wonderfully with high quality furnishings and linens. Very comfortable.

We had such a great stay at this location. We brought 12 people in and loved the set up - rooms were fantastic, grill was great, kitchen was well set up, and the social/gathering living room felt really homey.

Host was excellent, place was excellent. Beautiful views. Awesome pool! Excellent family vacation, we will be back!

We absolutely LOVED staying here - I nearly decided to up and move to the area right away. It was a great location - accessible to amenities, easy access to the beach/lake, meticulously organized and well thought-out house (labels for EVERYTHING) and beautiful setting. We really couldn't have had a better time. Thank you for this rejuvenating experience - with 7 kids, we all needed it!
