The main two story house has central AC, a fully appointed kitchen, two main floor bedrooms with King bed, covered patio deck which overlooks a large grassy lawn.  A flat walk out to the rocky beach area, decorated with bistro lights, where you'll find a massive fire pit, 4 kayaks and 3 stand up paddle boards. Private dock with boat lift and jet ski lift.

Upstairs an additional large bedroom with King bed and an oversized family room with TV, Queen bed, two twins, crib and large sectional couch.  The guest house has a full kitchen and sitting area with THREE additional bedrooms (King, Queen, twin sized Bunkbeds). Both homes have additional bathrooms and laundry rooms.  NOTE: Guest house does NOT have AC but was built in 2016 and is well insulated.

Located 23 minutes to the East of Sandpoint, Hope sits on the NE shore of Lake Pend Oreille.  Ellisport Bay is home to the Hope and Holiday Shores Marina, The Floating Restaurant and boasts some of the most incredible views of the Green Monarchs, Warren, Pearl and Cottage Islands.  The bay is warm for swimming in the summer and gateways the BEST deep water fishing on the lake.

**NOTE:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
