We rented this condo for our team members traveling to Idaho from elsewhere. The setup worked great for everyone. The table is oversized and doubles as a desk. It can accommodate multiple computers and monitors at one time. The kitchen was large and had all the supplies we could need. We enjoyed the nights on the patio and the location is perfect for Bayview.

Great location with lots to do!

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and more. There was plenty of room of us to spread out. This was probably the cleanest homes we've stayed in over the years, much appreciated. We found the location on the lake to be amazing. Surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. A few things didn't expect were waiting for us: A Corn Hole set, Spike ball and Fishing poles

It was our first time to Sandpoint and we loved it. The weather was perfect and the people were so friendly. The house is very conveniently located close to downtown shops and grocery stores. We rode our bikes in one day. We appreciated all the big and little things the home had to offer including everything you needed to prepare and cook food, wonderful oven, all manner of small cooking appliances, food storage containers, coffee, washer/dryer, AC, kayaks, paddle boards, wifi, night lights, hair dryer, big refrigerator, cooler, make-up removers, bbq, and sooooooooo much more. Thoughtful inclusions so you dont have to worry about much. The home is cozy and inviting and adequately accommodates a small family (2 adults and 1-2 kids) but any more people and I wonder if it might get uncomfortable with a single bathroom. Grateful to allow small pets. The wooden windows at the front of the lounge looking out to the lake are lovely although dont open out to the deck. The hot tub was great but the best part was the waterfront location - we loved the easy access to the lake and the dock and we swam every day - inflatables are a must so take them with you. The sunsets are gorgeous! The water is so still and clear and feels fresh, the stones are fun to skip and we could see the fish so take fishing gear. It was such a special vacation. We truly loved it. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the Property. A little close to the main hwy, but overall enjoyed everything! Loved the kayaks and paddleboards included - great memories on the lake. Thank you!

The house is very family- friendly with lots of games and outdoor space. The furniture and beds were all so comfi! The location offers magestic views and lots of wIldlife sightings.

We had a fantastic time at this property! Everything was clean and it was incredibly well stocked. Loved the central location with many restaurants and activities to walk to. Would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our family getaway! The location on the lake was gorgeous and there was enough room for everyone to come together for meals and games both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens with everything you could hope for and there is plenty of room for multiple chefs, oddly, we couldn't find a can opener but we donated one to the house so you should have everything you need.

Perfect place to spend with family and friends

This place is amazing - very well stocked with all the little extras that make cooking a breeze. Great location with amazing views. Very spacious for two families.

Thank you from all 16 of us. The house was so perfect for our size family. They ALL enjoyed the water and yard games, pool table and much more. The house is so beautiful. We feel very fortunate to have enjoyed it. Simply wonderful- many thanks for a truly warm and inviting stay.

This house is wonderful. It's very clean and had plenty of room for our family reunion of 14 people. We had a party of ages 9 to 79, and everyone was pleased with the house. We rented a boat for three days and had no problem navigating the slough (about 10 minutes by boat from the lake to the house) to get back to the house to pick up our tubers and wake boarders. Our teenagers had no problem jumping off the dock to swim and getting back out of the water, but the dock has no ladder, so some of us older adults struggled more. There is a lovely, flat grassy area off the side patio of the house where we set up a volleyball net and cornhole for nightly tournaments. We ate out on that side patio every evening. We also had campfires and s'mores on two nights at the firepit in the woods on the side of the house. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better house for our family reunion.
