Great location, beautiful views and very nicely appointed condo. Great linens and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay there again!

We rented 90 Sunnyside for our 50th wedding anniversary. There were 14 of us. Ages 74 to 11. We had a fabulous time. Boating, swimming, hiking and corn hole. But I have to say the most unexpected fun was the pike fishing. We caught 5 pike from 14# up to 24# right off of the dock. Our grandson and granddaughters catch was their first fish caught. And to catch a 14# pike was a thrill for sure. We did release all of the fish.

Beautiful setting right on the lake - if you are looking to get away from it all this is the place. Perfect for a small group with gorgeous views but lots of steps from deck to dock. Home was very comfortable and sparkling clean. We also had quick responses to any of our questions. Our week here was tremendously relaxing and enjoyable for all. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay on Crooked Ear. Fantastic house in a lovely neighborhood. Plenty of activities to keep the kids and adults busy, including tennis courts, basket ball court, and swimming and fishing off the community dock. We brought paddle boards and left them at the dock during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked with the necessities.

Nice location at Schweitzer very near the village. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

What a beautiful home. Our family enjoyed a relaxing visit during a sunny week in August. We hiked nearby trails, picked berries from the garden, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed breakfasts and dinners from the deck. Our daughters loved the ping pong table! We loved being able to greet the deer daily, as we were tucked away in the woods, but still close to the lake. Magical.

We enjoyed this house very much. It was clean, the yard was clean and the dock was great. We are going to be back next summer.

Wonderful property with all the amenities you need. The common grounds were a plus and the city beach was a short drive to hang out for the day. Very nice and clean, would highly recommend!

Everything was as expected and we had a lovely time.

Great place to spend an isolated week during the pandemic. We brought our two college-aged children, and our dog, as well as all the supplies we needed for six days. The house has plenty of space and is very private. The private dock was perfect. Having kayaks and paddle boards delivered meant zero contact. The place was very well cleaned prior to our arrival and access was a piece of cake. Appreciated the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage as we had brought a lot of stuff. Ended up downstairs playing pool every night which was a very nice surprise! All in all we had a blast and would definitely stay here again.

Planning our trip was terrific, from Kellee's quick and thorough responses pre-booking, through to our arrival and everything we needed during the stay. The property is amazing, newly remodeled, very clean and well appointed all around. The yard was great for our son to play in after long days out on the lake, and we were able to kick back and relax on the porch. Inside, every space was amazing, especially the master suite with it's amazing shower and amenities. Making meals was a snap in the modern kitchen, and with all the prep tools and dishware you could ask for. All in all, a great place to stay in a wonderful spot.

We had an amazing stay in Sandpoint, thanks to this property and its central location. Beautiful property, with gorgeous views, right on the lake. Close to everything in downtown Sandpoint and able to walk for dinner, shopping and activities. They were able to set us up with paddle boards and kayaks as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Nice walking/biking paths, good access to the river marina.
